
The UB Regional Institute is located within the binational Buffalo Niagara region on the University at Buffalo's downtown campus.
The institute's offices are located on the third floor of the UB Downtown Gateway (former M. Wile Co. Building), at 77 Goodell Street, in the City of Buffalo.

From the New York State Thruway or I-290 West:
Take I-90 West (New York State Thruway) merge onto NY-33 W/Kensington Expwy via exit 51W toward Buffalo. Drive approximately 7 miles and then take the Goodell Street exit. Stay in left lane of Goodell Street, and take second left onto Oak Street (one-way). UB Downtown Gateway, 77 Goodell Street, is on the right.
From I-290 East:
Take I-290 East to 7. Take exit 51-61 to merge onto I-90 W toward Erie. After approximately one mile, take exit 51W to merge onto NY-33 W toward Buffalo. Drive approximately 7 miles and then take the Goodell Street exit. Stay in left lane of Goodell Street, and take second left onto Oak Street (one-way). UB Downtown Gateway, 77 Goodell Street, is on the right.
Parking: There are two parking lots available off Oak Street, on the left and right. Parking is free in each of these lots and is available on a limited basis. On-street, metered parking is also available on adjacent streets.
