The Buffalo Niagara Convention & Visitors Bureau called upon the Regional Institute to produce a report on the economic impacts of One Summerlong Sensation, a series of tourism events and promotion efforts during summer 2003. Released in February 2004, the report assesses the economic impact of the operation of and visitation to eight major cultural groups and a representative sampling of smaller cultural tourism events and venues in Erie and Niagara Counties.
