The institute is assisting the CAEW BOCES with the coordination of its strategic positioning process. As part of the effort, the institute will develop an implementation plan, and determine strategic directions through focus group conversations with related stakeholders. The institute will also produce materials and products, such as brochures, posters and presentations, to assist the CAEW BOCES in disseminating and implementing its plan.
